1. What is an ad that requires verification?

Buyers who choose to verify an order must provide the corresponding proof (also known as an account statement) as required by the merchant. Buyers can choose whether to provide this proof. If they choose to provide it, the merchant will review the proof upon receipt and decide whether to accept the order. Once the merchant clicks to accept the order, the buyer can view the seller's payment method. If the buyer cancels the order at this point, it will be considered a responsible cancellation. The seller cannot cancel the order after accepting it. Before the merchant accepts the order, both parties can cancel the order without responsibility.

2. Why are verification orders required?

For Merchants: You can choose whether to continue with the transaction based on the transaction history provided by the buyers. This helps avoid situations where the buyers cancels the order after payment or makes a direct payment.

For buyers: To avoid having your account restricted after an order is canceled due to the seller not providing a valid payment method, please note that canceling an verification order will not assign cancellation responsibility and will not trigger account restrictions.

3. What should I do if I do not want to see verification ads?

If you do not want to place order for verification ads, you can go to the C2C section, select Filter > Verification not required. This will hide any ads that need verifciation.

Secondly, on pages without filters, the purchase button displays "Verify & Buy" for verificated orders, while unverificated orders only show the word "Buy." You can quickly identify them in this way.

4. What should I do if the Merchant does not approve my verification request?

If you choose to verify an order, you need to work with the merchant to verify the information. The platform will not verify your information; you should rely on the merchant's response. If you want to know the specific reason, you can confirm the verification requirements with the other party through the chat window. If you do not wish to proceed with the transaction, you can cancel before the order is accepted. The system will not record the number of cancellations, and this will not affect your account's completion rate.
