FAQ:

Q: After placing an order, if positions and assets are not displayed, it may be due to the following reasons:

  1. Assets held by open orders: If an order is not fully executed, the related assets will be held and cannot be used for other transactions. You can view your open orders in the open orders section and release the held assets by select Cancel Order.

  2. Severe marketplace volatility causes delayed page status update: During periods of intense Markets, there may be delays in page status update, resulting in position and asset not being displayed in real time. We recommend that you wait patiently for a while and then refresh the page.

  3. Page selection or account mode error: Position and Asset selected the wrong Spot Asset or DEX Asset; the account mode is cross margin, but you are operating on the isolated margin page; or trying to open a position on the flattening page, all of which can cause display issues. Please make sure to operate on the correct page.

  4. Selected "Current symbol": If you select Current symbol, the page will only display the positions and assets of the symbol on the current trade page. For example, on the BTCUSDT perpetual futures trade page, if you select Current symbol, the page will only show BTC-related positions and assets, and will not display positions and assets of other symbols. If you want to view all positions and assets, do not select this option.

  5. Assets are frozen or insufficient margin: If the assets in your account are being used for other trades (such as spot orders), resulting in a freeze that prevents opening positions, or if the margin is insufficient, you may not be able to view your positions. You can cancel spot orders or transfer more assets to your trading account.
